You may request a return or exchange within 15 days from the date your order is delivered. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for a refund or exchange; however, our team will still review each case individually to determine the best possible solution.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Free from damage
  • Returned in original packaging with all included components

Non-Returnable Items

Customized or Personalized Products
Products made specifically to your design, size, or personalization preferences are not eligible for return or refund, unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Sale & Clearance Items
All sale or clearance items are considered final sale. Refunds or exchanges are only offered if the item is defective or damaged upon delivery.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 3 business days and issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.

Shipping Fees

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
